Our story
Hospitality, the way it should feel.
Founded 2011
From Osborn to Galaxy.
Galaxy La-Palm Royal Resort began in Port Harcourt in 2011 as a privately-owned Nigerian hospitality company — originally trading as Osborn La-Palm. From a single flagship resort, we have grown into a group of six properties across Rivers, Ebonyi and the Federal Capital Territory.
Our aim has always been to build a robust and rejuvenated hospitality chain — one that honours Nigerian warmth while meeting international service standards. Every decision we make is in service of that vision.
Today, more than 200 keys carry our colours, looked after by teams who know that real luxury is the absence of friction.
What we believe
Four ideas, in every property.
Warmth
We greet every guest by name and remember the small things. Hospitality is not a department here — it is our culture.
Excellence
Our standard is consistent across the group. The bed in Uburu is made with the same precision as the bed in Port Harcourt.
Craft
Refined interiors, considered cuisine, exacting service. Quiet luxury, never loud.
Nigerian, proudly
Owned, staffed and run by Nigerians — for Nigerians and the world. We believe local hospitality can meet any global standard.
Where we are
Six hotels across Nigeria.
Each property is shaped by its place — from the energy of the Niger Delta to the quiet of Uburu.
Galaxy Elite Rewards
A members' circle, not a programme.
Earn points across all six hotels. Redeem on rooms, spa, dining and upgrades.
